Quality control systems – LRQA ISO 9002

The quality control management system has enhanced processes and disciplines within the company. Customer satisfaction and service is key to this system and we have been accredited for two years. ACS carries out monthly quality audits with our clients. We tailor bespoke forms and procedures for our clients using the traffic light system to provide a clear, easy to understand quality report.

We instil the application of Key Performance Indicators within our contract management system; this involves collecting data from our quality audits and review it against a range of agreed performance criteria, which together with the client are established at the beginning of each contract. These are then regularly analysed and evaluated, providing fundamental feedback to the business.

Memberships

ACS is a subscription member of ERBI and a supplier of services to its full members, which includes pharmaceutical and biotech drug discovery companies.

We are British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) Corporate members.

All of our staff are security aware. We have a staff vetting process within the Data Protection framework that includes:

Activity history
CRB checks

Staff monitoring system

ACS advocate the use of the “Ecotime” which uses a bio-metric finger print to record our staff attending and leaving site. This ensures site security, improves efficiency and cost control.
